Ah it ain’t that bad, just gotta make sure you test it before putting it down because it’s a 50/50 shot you break the screen pulling it back up 😂 those screens are fragile asf

6:49 you forgot to put the black plastic part after connecting the screen! I did the same! Is that nessecary ?

Yes it is, if you drop your phone lcd flex will pop and disconnect with mainboard. You will have to open it again.

Hello. I purchased from Aliexpress a samsung brand screen (LCD -not sure if its counterfeit thoug). When I first plugged to the phone to test it it worked fine, then I disconnected to prepare it to go permanently (peeling off the tapes etc), then to my surprise, the second time I plugged it to the chassis it won’t lit. When i plug the charger the phone vibrates but the screen won’t come up. Checked cables connections and everything seems to be in order. Should I reset something before reinserting the screen) Is there a way to diagnose the phone/lcd using a usb cable and a computer? Do you have a hint on what should I be looking for?

Press volume down+power button same time for one mint it will force restart the phone and i think display should be come
