This is without doubt the best galaxy note 7 video that I have seen.

I really miss the IR blaster and removable battery. I think people just get caught up in following trends. Let's be honest who really wants to pay these prices for a phone. I hate to see what the next Note will run you.

My iPhone 6s scratched BADLY within the first week of having it. And I didn't start dropping my phone until the third month. IOS keeps getting worse and more glitchy each update. Should've gotten a Samsung

Everything except having the SD Card BACK seems a bit gimmicky. The note 5 is still better than 99% of the phones on the market. The whole "needing to upgrade every generation" fad is getting absurd. These phones depreciate so fast that Floss is right on when he said that these smaller companies are making more cost-efficient products. Well said Flossy, especially on the lack of removable battery that those of us with the Note 4 are still hanging out for. Maybe Samsung will eventually release a new "old-school" Note 7 version with the simple replaceable plastic back, replaceable batteries, same storage expansion, APTx audio and more performance stuff like 6GB RAM - the features many of us keep asking for. Fancy features like waterproofing, iris scanning, fingerprint scanning and glass curves should not be compulsory - many loyal Note customers can do without that.

I loved the note 7. It was one of my favourite notes and so gutted about its downfall and I never wanted to send it back. I had the light blue colour. The good memories ❤🙏

In 2016 and for $900 there's no way in HELL a phone should lag. Swag factor plummets when you pull out your new $900 device and you have to wait for lag to catch up.

I still have my note 7 and it works fine. no exploding no BS. I'll never let go of it.

Amazing review as always! Hard to believe that it's the best phone out there given all of the cons especially as they started popping into the video (e.g. non-responsive screen taps, steep price, lag all-around, scratch-prone screen, etc...etc...), hard to justify given everything. Many of the neat features seem to software-based, and I would think it's purely a matter of time before some of the other manufactures catch up given the hardware side of things (minus the S-Pen stuff) are pretty much on par. I'm going to stick with my Moto Z for now I think. Thanks again Floss, you da man.

so basically I'm buying a phone that's priced around a full car. with $1,000 you can build a $20,000 car only if you know what you doing but that's not the point, we are spending $1,000 just something that we could have paid $200 a year ago. this is such a rip off from Samsung, I can't believe every time they add something back to a phone they take something away that's major, and yes I am feeling you floss they should have packed more into this phone I would have thought that it would have an IR blaster along with a few other things. so I feel more comfortable with the Galaxy Note 4 than the Galaxy Note 6 - I mean 7

I know a lot of people didn't have the chance to enjoy this phone but I did. It was a really good phone, it was definitely underappreciated for its time.

still rocking my original release coral blue at 100 battery. I blocked all update patch files. after being shut down twice by Verizon I got a SIM card cutter and fired this bad boy back up again (no pun intended). STILL a badass phone.

I've been watching so many videos and people always talk about this lag, whats is that? Should I be scared that my experience will suck and Ill miss my iphone? I agree with you 100% about coming over from iOS to this note 7 in regards to the lag. I made a commitment to using the note 7 phone for a year but I have noticed the lag compare to my 2 year old 6 plus.

Floss, regarding the Voice assistant (S Voice) being trash on the Note... i've been using Hound for over a year on my Note 5. It is THE best assistant out there. Super super fast and understands contextual commands too like "How do I split a $132.56 bill between 3 people and leave a fifteen percent tip?" It's a great assistant and you should really try it. I love it for reminders the most because it's super fast!

Non-Removable battery killed Sammy for me after the Note 4.. Lack of IR Blaster & these edge screens didn't help either.
