Both are great. But the S10+ is better and ahead in most categories. I'll give Pixel an edge in low light and selfie camera.

The Galaxy s10 video front facing camera is better with higher dynamic range. Live focus on the Galaxy S10 has the better effect of blur which mimics a real SLR, unlike the fake blur effect on the pixel (this shows when light spots show in the background). The Galaxy S10 also has better audio recording and much real colors in photos.
