I just pre-ordered this exact phone yesterday making my 2/22/22 very memorable.

I prefer the S22+ to the larger S22 Ultra.

I've got to say, Samsung has really improved their updates. I've had my S10+ since 2019 and have received every updates since Pie to Android 12 this year.

I think the s22+ is that sweet spot for the galaxy phones this year.

This is honestly a gorgeous looking device, I'd upgrade just for the aesthetic...finally actually small and uniform bezels...great looking phone!

I just got my S22+ yesterday. I'm coming from an S20 Fe and the build quality on the S22+ is very nice. love the design and the pink gold is gorgeous. display is good and so far battery life is good, been using over 10 hours and still have 19% left (was just watching videos,scrolling social and playing with settings) so far I like 👍🏽

Thanks much for this in depth review. I bought the s22 plus yesterday as a gift to myself for my birthday. I love it for the most part but I hated that: 1. The adapter had to be purchased separately. I think that's ridiculous. For such an expensive phone, they should give consumers a complete charger 2. No space for an SD card to give way for more memory. Update: I'm unable to see much of a difference with this phone. I'm not impressed as I was when I just bought it. The S10+ remains my favorite. The memory sucks too. For this much money, we shouldn't have to pay for extra storage, especially when they've remove the slot for a memory card.

The s22 ultra is to expensive and the s22 is to small. But the s22 plus is perfect

Pre-ordered the green colour S22+. Can't wait to get my hands on it. Very nice and detailed review, interesting to know that there is no major difference in 25w and 45w charging speeds as I that was a big differentiator between S22+ and regular S22.

I got the S22+ on Thursday in green. Love it, came from the S10. I know, it's "old," but I don't need to replace my phone every year.

The only thing holding me back from the ultra model is the thickness and weight. I like how the s22+ is flat all over, but I just wish the screen was at least 1440p. Cummon…. Still looks nice. My s21plus has a dim imprinted image of my GPS practically burnt into the background of my phone so I always see it dimly behind whatever app I have open, so I guess time for an upgrade again anyways. I’ve definitely been impressed with Samsungs performance over the iPhones. My iPhones gets super hot very quickly on somewhat high end games, dims the screen, and freezes up or force restarts too often. Samsung never does that (but does get warm) handles any game well and definitely not nearly as buggy as the new iPhones. I may be getting this one! By the way, great review, but you’re kinda sounding like a robot man!

I just purchased this phone as an upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy A20 that I have had for four years. So far I LOVE it!!

Thinking of going for the S22 plus as an upgrade to my s20. The network can only get the 128 gig version, I would have preferred the 256 gig but can live with it. The only option in 256 was the Z Fold phone and I'm not sure I like that one.

The 25watt charger is very fast. Wich i could see because my current S21+ and my good "old" S10+ had a 15watt charger. And i now know how much difference it is. I'll keep,if it will survive 3 more years,my S21+..it is a wonderful device. No upgrade for me now. Thanks for the video. For me, any phone without a micro sd slot is a No No! (and jack socket)

I prefer a flat screen so I would go for s22+. With my note I do a lot of screen writing. Could I use my finger to highlight something I wonder?

After comparing this to my S8+ I did not see enough change to upgrade. I am going to keep my old clunker until the zfold has a better battery solution.

I am samsung user since S6 ... , I use S6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 21 and to be honest the best grip for me is S9 and S22 seem do not much upgrade and new thing happen, the charge is not very fast and design same with S21 plus S22 battery smaller than previous model. I don't know why samsung did this because the price is not cheap for me

No QHD, no expandable storage, only 8 GB of RAM, no charger in the box, 25 watt fast charging, no headphone jack, no Samsung pay.... This phone is just designed to be a pain point for people to buy the ultra. If you're coming from an S9 or a note 9, you are losing a lot more features than you're gaining by making this upgrade.

the s22+ battery charging is faster.. The battery is larger on s22+ with 4500 mAH than the s22 with 3700 mAH.. So the s22+ charged more mAH in 30mins than the s22. Ofc the less mAH on battery then the percent will grow faster? if the battery was 1500 mAH it would be way faster charged and if the battery was 7000 mAH it would take more time to charge ofc.. So you cant really compare if it's not the same amount.
