For those asking about why some of this can't be done via software updates. The AI needs to be built natively into the chip at a hardware level. It's the same reason the older Nvidia GPUs can't do some of the new ai based encoding and upscaling that newer GPUs can do. Now, a lot of this can be done via the cloud, such as some of the ai based things you can do in Google photos. But it's a cloud based (internet connection required) technology. So things like the auto tracking while recording a video won't be able to trickle down into the older phones. Some things will be available via software though I'm sure.

S23 Ultra has AI hardware and Samsung is bringing AI into S23. I have no idea why the heck or how the heck S24 will be any different. Its literally a software update lol. Worse than IPhone 15 update tbh/

@@timurklc6912You are so wrong. S24 Ultra will be able to process all AI tasks much faster than S23 Ultra. Better processing, better isp, more power, lower power consumption. Try using Ultra once you will understand, Iphone 15 is not comparable.

@@timurklc6912 Oh yeah to be clear I'm not saying it's a good upgrade. I'm just saying there WILL be things on the s24 that are not available on the s23. Whether thats because of hardware limitations or Samsung blocking those features as a selling point doesn't matter. I have a 23 ultra and won't be upgrading.

Im honesrly a bit sad to go from my Note 9, but its barely staying alive and im affraid it wouldnt last one more year.. I honestly wish they'd just build a note 9 with modern hardware

@@maxesit_tutor Now that would be awesome! I remember wishing that Samsung would make a modern Note 4 Edge way back when. That Note had everything! IR Blaster, Action Memo, Photo Note, headphone jack, micro SD expansion and SNotes too! It would be great to see Samsung bring those features back to today's platform.

I can guarantee there will still be bugs. I keep gravitating to Samsung phones, but each one I have has bugs, and ultimately makes me unhappy after 3 years. Before I buy the next one 🤣

Most of these sound like they could just be a software update tbh. the s23 probably has a good enough chip to do a lot of this. EDIT: Turns out samsung agrees. They just pushed Oneui 6.1 with all of the ai features to s23 phones (as well as the flip phones.)

This is the same reason the google tensor being pushed as AI is just a marketing tactic, cause on par and previous gen snapdragons could do the same and arguably better in some cases. I'd need a pretty compelling reason as to why a SD 8+ gen 1 couldn't do the things in this video

It's because the A.I. is natively built in this device and not on a cloud. So while it could be hosted on a cloud for phones to use...that would mean you'd need a constant connection for it to work.

As much as i like using my iPhone and iPad i do get tired of there games . The deal with Apple and very slowly switching over to USB type C is a game of sales . Thought process: you Iike your iphone lot do you?? Don’t like having to use multiple charging cords? Buy our latest phone to get USB type C . rinse repeat with AirPod pro, AirPod max . Etc . I used to hate Samsung phones ( no android updates ) or android updates many months after google released them . Horrible battery life within 3 months of ownership . Google being an advertising company so your phone will always be more prone to malicious apps wrecking havoc with the phone . My mother-in-law had ads that took over her whole Home Screen (something which apple does not tolerate so impossible to happen on there phone . Apple is far better with privacy as apple is not an advertising company like google is . Last Samsung phone i got rid of Samsung was incorporating ads in there native weather app and other parts of there phone which i will not tolerate . FINALLY Samsung seems to finally be listening to all the complaints regarding there phones . A friend of mine bought the galaxy s23 ultra and to me its a great phone . I would finally for the first time ever recommend the galaxy s24 ultra . Now i will always prefer the privacy of the iPhone as i can refuse tracking and does not allow apps to force ads on my Home Screen or in text app . But for the first time i have no problem recommending a Samsung phone 😅

Seems to top the AI features of the pixel 8 series. Bring it on Samsung. However this year use a decent snapdragon processor for the A55 minimum snapdragon 888 plus.
