It's not a shock, really, considering the price differential. Also, Samsung made a deal with Corning for exclusivity of the latest anti-glare display, preventing rivals from ordering this option. I assume that had a positive effect on sales for the S24U, though smartphone revenue down >20% in the latest quarter for Samsung suggests the smartphone market remains tough.

Hey, I really enjoyed your video. I actually have an S24 Ultra now, after having an S23 Ultra. It's been a while since I used a Samsung device, my last one was the Note 8. Since then, I've had OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Pixels-all top-of-the-line models. With the OnePlus and Xiaomi, I always felt the need to use custom ROMs and kernels. With the Pixel, I just used custom kernels. But with the Samsungs, I've never felt the need to use custom ROMs. In my opinion, it's just a really well-rounded device. I know it's expensive, but with the trade-in, I got a pretty good deal. It's not perfect, but it's solid and a great device if you know how to use it or rather if you use all the features it has.

Love the comparison. I mean when you're getting compared to that older brother, that means it's something. And when you see the price. That's an entirely exciting story.

It would be great if you could do this with a few of your flagships see how they hold up against the Ultra also after a few mins see what autodims down the first l have read the OnePlus 12 stays bright for longer than any other. Not as bright as the begining but hold it whilst others dim to save battery/screen

Your S24 Ultra won't go into dim display mode, but when I use mine, in just 2-3 minutes, my display dims, and visibility is low. Do you experience the same issue?

Under advanced features , video brightness is it turned on for the s24u?
