Ipad - 4:3 screen ratio - ios is better - u will have better apps for productivity, art and creativity, vid editing software like davinci - most of the apps are better optimised for ipad than android tablets, in android u will find just upscaled version of phones (twitter for eg.) -imp. Point - i know u have to buy apple pencil separately but its worth it, apple pencil is very sensitive and initial activation in very low, so its very comfortable to draw with, and i have used just apple pencil gen 1, so gen 2 pencil will even better -overall apple products are premium and solid build quality, so it will last more than double time than any android tablet, and u will also get software update for longer time - also apple screen are colour calibrated just out of the box, which is very important for we digital artist - I can mention so many small points in favour of ipad, but thats not imp… About apps- u can use any apps u like, eventually u will adapt to what ever u use…. But i have seen many asian artists using procreate and clip studio paint and in west almost all of them use procreate (if ipad), u will find bigger community, and its always good to see your favourite artist using same tools that u use!!

I don't hate sumsung, spen they provide in the Fe (fan edition ) model and the main model is different, and it might look like I am not touching the screen because of which background and white spen... The problem is when u draw the initial activation is slightly more as compare to other pen I have used like huion, xppen and apple pencil gen 1 or even real pencil, when u use real pencil u never apply pressure u just need to touch to draw, and if u are going to draw everyday and u r appling pressure, in long term you might hurt your wrist...

Hmm, I think wearing gloves is good because it reduces the friction when you glide your hands to draw a very big line.

@@PlsSpankMeh Thanks, that makes sense. I am considering pad 6, and got a bit worried that the palm rejection may be bad as the artist wore those gloves. If we compare this xiaomi pad 6 with an ipad (both with pencils) which one is a better drawing experience? Because if the experience is same, I feel android is always better when it comes to productivity as you don't get locked down in an ecosystem. Hence my question.

@@ShivamArtwork Oh yeah I love Brad’s channel, yes the wiggle issue is there but he doesn’t mind it over all. But 4:3 is a very good point in favour of iPad! Man even 9th gen + pencil is coming 9k inr (100$) more than pad6+pencil, lol. Anyway, thanks for you suggestions!

Fellow s9 fe user here. I guess it depend on your usage. I got the 128gb and planning to buy 218gb sd card. So far the 90hz is good enough for an average user like me (i don't play heavy games)

Apple Pencil and procreate!!

It comes down to whether you think the value for money is worth it with the iPad, which I personally didn't. Paying that much just for one app and overall crappy device (except drawing) with horrendous storage didn't sit well with me. It might be better for drawing, but I didn't see it being better for everything else in my use case. So honestly it depends on what you want to do and what value for money means for you. I hate how content looks on it, I hate how dated 9th gen looks, I hate how the screen isn't laminated and most of all I hate its storage capacity. After I pay that much, I don't want to bother myself with issues from early 2000's. Also, people saying iPads last a long time and android won't! Don't know what they're talking about. Any reputable android is durable, and has been for many years now. It's what they throw at you when they run out of other logical arguments to make, because durability is something that can't be immediately questioned and tested.
