@@danill4381 Because of the Android 4.1 update. Also, Samsung was quite lazy to remove the shutdown sound, so they kept it.

This was bought to replace an old Lenovo tablet which was essentially too sluggish to cope with modern websites. kzfaq.infoUgkxz4qYZoyAOb_hq_UbaKI6AsZX0FnoFm-U This tablet is fast, has a very clear display with built in optional eye comfort shield, great sound with Dolby Atmos, split screen option and numerous tweaks that I've not yet explored. I've plugged a wireless receiver into the i/o socket to connect a mouse if I need it and a bluetooth keyboard works fine - unlike the Lenevo which somehow would often garble the input. Battery life seems good. In short I'm very pleased with it

Hearing the tablet boot up makes me feel so nostalgic. This was my first real gaming device and I played over 30 games in the 3 years I had it. Sadly the charger broke and I can't find any other charger since it's long outdated so I will never be able to boot it up. I played all the old games like fruit ninja, temple run, jetpack joyride, and every angry birds game until 2015

Awesome tablet! I have one of this tablet, and even once, it doesn't dissappoint me, though the camera has low but it's okay.. My games here doesn't lag, and this is way faster surfing the internet .. Love this!

There is noticeable lag with this device. I've had it for almost 6 months, and I've rooted, overclocked, and installed Android 4.2. The overclock is stable to 1.4ghz, no more lag.

@DetroitBORG I enjoy the Android operating system over iOS, so I have a question about the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Could I buy the phone unlocked, NOT insert a sim card from a carrier, and basically use it as a better Android version of an iPod Touch?
