VLLO on iPadOS is really smooth, even though I slice a lot of video and add a lot of stickers, filter and other elements although it only have 3gb ram. But it gets lag on my android phone, which has 3gb ram and meh processor tho

VLLO is fine here 👌🏻 yeah, I think android devices tend to have higher ram requirements for stuff like this. My phone has 6gb and it also works smoothly there. It's amazing how ipads can handle so much with 3 or 4gb of ram! 😱💕

The ipad 9 is also a solid option! I was sooo torn for a long time between this tab s8, s7 fe, ipad 9, or ipad air 4. Then the ipad air 5 came out which made things even more confusing! Hahahaha! But in the end, I got this tab and couldn't be happier 💖 although both samsung and ipads are excellent so I'm sure you're enjoying your ipad a lot as well 🥰 And yes the pink version of this looks sooo good too 😍

Hey there, Jessica! I usually open my google drive in Samsung internet. Actually, I almost never use google chrome anymore in this tab hahaha! In chrome, when you open a doc, it would usually redirect to the docs app. But in Samsung internet, I usually just turn on the desktop mode and everything works well 🥰 There would be occasional notices pushingyou to use google chrome but I usually just dismiss and have had no problems hahaha 🤣 hope this helps! s8 and s8+ use different screen technique s8 is OLED (I was wrong, it's LCD!!) s8+ is Super AMOLED (same as s8 ultra)

@@grapejelly7 yup. Actually the s8 base model has an LCD and the s8+ and Ultra have AMOLED like I mentioned in the video. I guess it depends on preference as well. However, I think the LCD on the tab s8 still looks gorgeous and crisp plus its refresh rate is adaptive compared to the non-adaptive ones in the plus and ultra so battery life is much better~

I google ltps tft, and the first result is OLED, but I didn't notice that LCD is also a product made by ltps tft. yeah you are right, actually I had not notice the refresh rate of s8 is adaptive until watching this video! that is a good way to extend battery life, cant understand why they dont apply it on s8+ and s8 ultra mine is s8+, i do feel the battery is draining a lil bit faster than i expected, for about 10% an hour? (120 hz, only use samsung note) if for gaming maybe drains faster i guess? but not quite sure, often ignore time when i play game lol

Personally I used to really hate android stuff, because they just DID NOT stack up to Apple. But then when I bought an actual flagship phone from Samsung I was HOOKED. They have gotten so much better over the years, depending on the exact model. My husband had a Samsung tab A, and it was just not great... but the tab s7 range is better, and the s8 plus or ultras are even better. They are the current top of the line tablets with the new oled display, LED does not compare to oled. I have never used Procreate since I don't have a Pro iPad, but ibis paint X is AMAZING for digital art. I've accomplished so many amazing things with ibis. The only problem is that you would need to pay $2 a month to get rid of ads (it makes you watch one add per 24hrs to unlock all brushes)

So frustrating that they don't 😔 I get that they need to keep people in their apple ecosystem though 🤷🏼‍♀️ But yeah ibis paint X is amazing, but it would be hard to get all your works put into ibis. Does procreate record all of your strokes? ibis makes a video of you making the drawing. If procreate does this too, then it would likely be impossible to get the actual video version of your drawing switched over, and of course it probably wouldn't save all your seperate layers either sadly

So far, it's great! I'm not a pro artist tho... just practicing and having fun. Clip studio, ibis paint, and infinite painter are some of the best options for android 💖 if you are using android and pc then it'll fit your ecosystem better. If you absolutely need procreate tho, then you'll have to go with the ipad pro. But personally, for me, this tab is enough. Hope this helps 🥰

If you want to avoid fingerprints I think a matte screen protector or paperlike ones would be the best fit for you 💕

It depends on what other activities you want to do with your tab aside from note taking. For note taking, light gaming, and media consumption, I think the S7 FE is a great choice still. Just get the Wi-Fi version with 128gb of storage and 6gb of ram. The Wi-Fi version has better processor than the 5G one so I suggest getting that. But if you want to do heavier tasks on top of note taking, maybe heavy gaming, video editing, and plan on using tons of multitasking, I highly recommend to go for the S8 since it has waaay better processor. Also, consider how long you wanna keep your tab. If you plan on keeping it for long, maybe 5 years or even a bit longer, go for the S8. It has longer software support and better processor for future proofing. But if you plan on upgrading again maybe in a year or two, the S7 FE is great. Hope this helps! At first, I checked out the Ipad Mini but I noticed there was not so much difference in the screensize with the Fold. The tab S8 is just right. Not too small, not too big either. I hope I made the right choice that I can use it for years.
