Samsung touch screen not working solution
Press and hold the Volume down and Power key for 7 to 10 seconds to perform a forced reboot or soft reset.On phones without a dedicated Power key, press and hold the Volume down key and Side key for 7 to 10 seconds.
If your touchscreen is frozen, does not respond to touch, or is completely black, that doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your phone or tablet. It could be something as simple as a misbehaving app causing the phone to freeze, or cracks in the screen making it respond slowly or not at all.
Fortunately, there are some troubleshooting steps to try that can help resolve your issue without having to send your phone in for a service. By simply rebooting/ restarting your phone or updating your software are a few things you can try to resolve your issue. We will guide you through a few troubleshooting steps to identify the issue and resolve it.
