Works perfectly with an S20 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 3 here in the UK. Installed both files on the phone, and be sure to launch the app (on the watch) first otherwise it won't detect a compatible watch. ECG works perfectly, and I'll wait to calibrate the BP before using it. Thanks for the video and files, much appreciated! 👍🏼

You are amazing I was just about to take my 2019 Galaxy active 2 back because I purchased it for the ecg. After doing your install it works 100% just like it is supposed to. When I contacted Samsung they said it will not work in Canada but I live on the coast and it is amazing . Big thumbs up, and thankyou.

Really grateful for this video and links. I'm in the UK and was able to download the two required files direct to my S9 using the Chrome browser. I was a little nervous seeing the warning messages but the update installed itself, recognised that my Galaxy Watch 3 was connected and worked first time. Calibration was straightforward using an Omron M7 cuff and the GW3 readings are within a few mmHg. The ECG app appears to work fine too

@@hmrc1475 it won't work continously as you have to keep a finger on the top button for it to send the electrical signal to get a ecg reading

Yes, I followed the instructions, I am currently on Andriod 11 One UI 3.0. Ensure you install both in the correct order. I assure you it all works perfectly.

@@pauldoherty6741 Yes, Follow the instructions installing APK first followed by the BP/ECG health app. Then you are good to go. It all works perfectly I am also on Andrion 11 and One UI 3.0 for your information.

You are a star. Got BP to work perfectly on Watch Active 2 44mm, in Turkey. I didn't need to change the region. The ECG installed fine, it does start to measure but fails after 5 seconds. I think the Watch Active 2 may need to be updated. But thanks. Really appreciate the information.

I now have access to ECG, but cannot use blood pressure function. It shows the option on the watch, when I click it prompts me to follow the instructions on phone app but it just shows my last ECG reading. Edit: version 1.1.0.167 on phone and 1.1.0103 on watch

Finally i can have blood pressure and ecg feature,... I also having this “No compatible watch found” issue and still continue to installed APK applications and voila, the watch can detected my watch once BP and ECG is installedI have tested and for both BP and ECG worked normally. BP asked for Calibration and the BP measurements from the watch are quite accurate. This worked for me on my Galaxy Watch3 in the Indonesia. Thank you very much for your video mate

Hi, I'm in South Africa. I got the GWA2 a few weeks ago with Tizen 4.0.0.8. I installed the BP and ECG using my Galaxy A30s and its working great. What ill happen when Tizen 5 rolls out? Will it affect my BP / ECG n the watch? Should I rather not do the update?

I was able to get this done and the BP app was working until a few months ago when Samsung upgraded the OS. Is their a solution to get the BP working again? Also how can you get the SPO2 working again?

Blood pressure works for me on Canada (thanks!). Only thing is that it seems like spo2 doesn't work with this method because it needs an update to work. Am I missing something?

Many thanks. This worked for me on my Galaxy Watch3 in the US. When I initially loaded the SHM app, I too got the “No compatible watch found” warning. However, once I installed both applications, saw the SHM on the Galaxy Watch3 and activated it from the watch, everything worked fine for both BP and ECG. Calibrated against a Qardio BP cuff, the BP measurements from the watch are within 2mmHg of the Qardio. Quite pleased to have this working. Don’t give up until you see SHM on the watch and activate it from there.

My active 2 just keeps saying moisturize your skin and try again and wear 10 minutes before doing it I've done both and it's not working

Dominick, sounds like your watch may not be snug enough to your wrist. Keep in mind that the ECG works by making contact at two points, one is the back of the watch against your wrist and the other is the crown button. When you touch the crown button, do so lightly enough that your are touching only the crown button and not the case itself. Finally, the moisturizer directive is again trying to make sure there is good contact between the back of the watch and your wrist. You want it snug, but not excessively tight. Maybe clean the back of the watch with alcohol and try again? Good luck with it.

Dominick, I did read in the comments that for Active2 watches, you need to have an updated Tizen software version for it to work. If you look through the comments, you may be able to find what Tizen version is needed and then check to see what your watch currently has. I’m not the guru that TechnoProz is, so I’m all out of suggestions to help, sorry.

Dominick, there is a thread where a few guys say that Tizen 4.0.0.8 is needed for Active2. Looks like they had to change the region to get to Tizen 4.0.0.8 and reinstall SHM and it worked. Not sure what region they were in or which one you are in, but look for the threads specific to Active2 for more details.

IT WORKS! Tested in non-supported region (Slovakia) with Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra - don't forget to activate developer mode on you watch - no need to change region - download that 2 apps - my version of Tyzen was 5+
