One feature I appreciated was changing the battery performance mode to "light". It says it slows the phone down but I literally do not notice anything, but I do notice I am getting better battery life now

Under "Battery and device care" I have no "Diagnostics" but only "Auto optimisation" and "Maintenance mode". Have I clicked or disabled some either feature? Thanks for the review.

I too, have no diagnostics option on either my new z flip 4, or z fold 4. What's the deal? Also, I don't have the "device protection" option.

@@michaelbaxes4966 could be because the reviews are about 2 to 3 months old, and since most probably you and I had updates, some features changed. But I do have the "Device protection" which is under "Battery and device care" just below "Battery, Storage, Memory".

They moved it to an app called Samsung Members. It’s free in the Samsung store or google play store

I've heard in another video done on this z flip 4 that the connection with earbuds is only good within a short distance from this phone. Hopefully that problem will be solved soon!

I understand the protect battery mode but I think Samsung should allow you to do one time full charges when you need that extra juice I mean yes it's only 15-20% difference but you may need that extra energy in situations where you're traveling etc and won't be near a charger for a long time. I turned that feature off on my Galaxy Z Flip 3 because the battery wouldn't even get me through a day with it on. That phone was a battery vampire

4:30 Too bad we can't reconfigure so that the volume, flashlight and brightness is on the first page, and then the wifi, airplane mode and bluetooth are on page 2.

I don't see the "diagnostics" in the additional care of the device care area. There is only "auto optimization, software update & maintenance mode". My phone is the samsung galaxy z flip 4.

Hi I am using a note 20 ultra .planning to upgrade .I am confused should I buy s22 ultra or fold 4 .money is not an issue .most important thing I need is a great battery life as I am a very heavy office use as well as outdoor use like navigation ,multitasking etc .need your help which phone should I buy ?

Does anyone know if the pre-installed screen protector (+ a good case) would be enough to protect the flip? or should i invest in another screen protector? if i do invest in another screen protector, would I have to take off the pre-installed screen protector or do I put it on top of the one already there?

I think Samsung recommended to keep the original screenprotector and nog change it or add anything.

Why Samsung doesn't give the option to edit button for quick toggle in Cover Screen? I want to add Cellular Data button. It is quite weird that they have Wifi button as default but doesn't have Cellular Data button :(

Saki please help, I purchased a Samsung S7FE tablet a few months ago everything is fine apart from the volume is greater in the left speaker, not to worried about that. My problem is that our Broad band supplier recently upped our speed to 300 Mbps. My partner and daughter can get just over 300 but mt tablet will only recieve a max of around 70 or 80 Mbps, please help.
