Tested the fold 6 at best buy. I agree, the outter screen is nearly perfect. I hope they dont change it next year. This phone is amazing!!

Contrary to what many people say, I think the external screen of the Fold 6 is now wide enough (almost as wide as Asus Zenphone 10, S24) even if with 2-3mm more width it would have been perfect, on the other hand that the battery has not increased to at least 4800-5000mAh and the photo sensors have not evolved, it's criminal !!! Also, speaking of the thickness of the Fold, people should take into account the thickness of the camera block of others Folds, these things are almost 3cm thick taking into account their photo blocks 🤷🏽♂️

Foldable smartphones don't have the same level of cooling as normal smartphones, and their battery life is also shorter compared to regular smartphones. Due to these factors, their performance is slightly reduced.

Agree, at least there should be one option (unfoldable normal) narrower like this, which can be comfortably held and workable. Big & wider mobiles like tablets are really uncomfortable to hold & really hard to use in day to day life.

Still love my fold 4, aside from the narrow front screen. I have large hands, so its almost unusable to me, I use the inside screen 99% of the time. But it's far from fragile. 2yrs as a daily driver, it's still like new, has 2 more years of major upgrades etc. and the crease has reduced over time. It never was an issue though. Fold 6 hasn't changed enough for me (especially that front narrow screen) to upgrade from the fold 4 though, and $2500 CDN is alot for very few changes. so I may give the Pixel Fold 2 Pro a go this time.

The fold 6 needed a bigger front screen, bigger battery , the dark corning non reflective glass, s pen outer screen, it was alright but incremental and I might wait until fold 7 or fold 6 slim. The software is excellent but the hardware needs work . I might get the book 4 pro 360 laptop or tab s10 instead. Its true Honor is winning w Huawei, Xiaomi , One Plus and Vivo in hardware. Its strange because the s24 ultra has good hardware. For me I'd rather buy the pro 360 4 laptop since I need a new laptop after my surface book 2 died and even despite wanting a foldable I will wait for fold 6 slim or fold 7 ultra until I get sufficient hardware simultaneously

The people complaining about the cameras are probably not the target audience for the fold and would be better with the s series. For the vast majority of fold users the cameras are more than enough. Why would i want massive cameras that will only get used once a month sucking up battery life? Most fold users dont take that many photos, and it's why samsung hasnt focused on it.
