The Samsung is the way to go for clean sound.

Hi thanks for the question. I will be doing the battle today between the two speakers, I'll be using my ok75 though. . Stay tuned the video will be posted tonight or early tomorrow. Just a guess, the Samsung will have better clarity and sound quality but the OK will shake the house more.

The Sony's are tough, you have to play with the eq's quite a bit to get the sound right, that said I have not tested that model. The t70 is VERY loud and I'd bet a paycheck it's louder than the sony xp700. If you want a loud Sony, look at the v71 or v82, for the money they're decent, louder and much more bass then the t70.

I have not heard the Panasonic. But sony is generally a better sounding speaker.

I would imagine there are several ways. I can connect my Playstation to the lg's using the AUX port/headphone jack on a controller plugged into the aux port on the speaker.

I’m thinking about the same I just saw it on best buy however 60 pounds!!!! Weight that’s just too damn heavy to move around the house

Its great I wish the bass was a little deeper but otherwise it sounds beautiful.

it's way more speaker volume wise, the bass is okay but it's not jbl bass by any means. The 1000 is twice the speaker this is.

If you wire them together I'm sure you can add the soundbar. As for pairing Giga party speakers I did not see a limit.

The lg xboom OK75 will rock the samsung to sleep i have both and samsung has better clarity and almost as loud but otherthan that lg OK75 wina over the mxt70

Haven't had the battle yet but I think the ok 75's bass may thump a little harder. This speaker is definitely more clear though but it is 300 dollars more.

The Samsung for sure, they are not really comparable though. The Samsung is a couple hundred bucks more and much louder. The JBL has better bass in general though. If I had to choose one I would pick the JBL, for two reasons, price and portability.

My cerwins weren't as loud as these but they sounded way better and had much more bass. With only 12's, but for the price this is a good value. When they first came out they were charging 700 bucks each, thats why they got a bad review from me.

The jbl has better sound and bass but it's much more money. T70 is probably as loud but is lacking in bass

Yeah it's nice, but they should have put a woofer with a lower frequency response. That is the only place it falls short and doesn't meet it's cost to performance ratio.

If you have a smart tv you can use bluetooth if not there are RCA connections.

It doesn't have a battery but it is Bluetooth.

The T70 because it's louder and I believe it's cheaper now, but don't pay over 400 for it. Sound clarity is about the same. The only issue I have with the samsung is the lack of low bass especially at higher volumes. I love the LG but it's ugly. The Lg's sound stays the same no matter how loud so that is a plus, but it's only about 60% to 70% as loud as the Samsung.

The PB1000 will destroy the Samsung, it's not even close.

@@michaeldiaz2409 Nah this is a much louder system than the 310. This model is almost a stand alone. Since LG stopped making the ok99 there are not many other speakers in the same price range.

It does rock but not 700 dollars worth. The bass response sucks at higher volumes. Nice to look at and it is loud, but for sound balance and quality I'd go with something else. I spent a long time looking for the frequency response rating on this speaker but never found it. I'd imagine it barely breaks 38hz.

It needs a power source, other than that it is wireless. So no battery, even the small model doesn't have a battery. If you need a true wire less speaker there are a few options, jbl's Partybox 310 is the biggest they sell, retail 500 bucks. Then you have the Soundboks which retails at 1000 bucks. There are several other options if you're looking for a big loud true wireless unit, but the samsung isn't one of them.
