Not sure where everyone is located but Best Buy has QC 750C and it includes a set of rear speakers for virtually free

There isn't a huge difference between those two models. I would just stay with the one that fits your budget best.

I have this soundbar, subwoofer cranked to max +6, and it’s barely noticeable

I also made this same conclusion. Just got it today. I swapped jbl sb170 for this and watching top gun maverick it had so much more powerful/deeper bass. Havent touched bass settings yet

Today it sounds way better than yesterday! Watching topgun yesterday i had to put volume 50 to hear something. Today it sound awesome at volume 30. No need to turn it higher. Is this general thing with soundbars that they take some time to "warm up"?

How does this compare to the q600c? With Black Friday around the corner, is the 700c worth the extra 70 bucks?

probably, take my word with a grain of salt because I havent tested the two side by side, but the q600c is very slim compared to the q700c and this reduction in size means less room for substantial speaker drivers.
