Remove SIM card as soon as phone starts to pick up the SIM card.

But I keep doing this but no notification showing, it will show the home screen but yet still I click it fast as I can but it is still not working And if may ask with out sim card or sound and notification is there any other way, because I also try that it does not display to call setting I don't know why, But I believe I followed all the instructions, I don't know if there is any way up please
