भाई साहब , मेरे पास यही चार्जर है, पहले वह 4000mh बेटरी 3 घंटे लेता था अब 5 घंटे लेता है, वोल्ट 5.16 दिखा रहा , क्या समस्या हो सकती है

Samsung का पुराना वाला mobile charger model ETA0U10IBE है। इसमें एक SMD कैपेसिटर on board continuity range पर लगातार बीप दे रहा है दोनों तरफ से। वहां कौन सी value की SMD कैपेसिटर लगेगी कैसे पता चलेगा ? 2. एक SMD resistance जल गया है और इस पर लिखा हुआ नंबर भी पता नहीं चल रहा है। कितने ohm का लगाऊं कैसे पता चलेगा? C9 R15 के नीचे कौन सा component लगा है और किस value का है ?

Samsung mobile charger ka model no.ETAOU101BE iska DC o/p nil show kar raha hai, charger 7 years se unused hai, bridge rectifier o/p ok hai ,capacitor voltage show kar raha hai 345 v DC, stepdown txfr pin 1&2 par voltage show kar rha hai 344v,DC, trasister collector voltage bhi 344 sow kar raha hai, but no o,/p, please, suggest further to rectify,thanks regards
