I love that I can easily disable the loud beeping which announces the microwave is finished kzfaq.infoUgkxRDB_bcaZEIluKD5LMPVlvPAA2E1HbFNo No more walking up at 2 am when my roommate decides it's finally dinner time! Also, it heats food much faster than the microwave it is replacing. This surprised me, but it's great. The heat is even, and (so far) no problems. I only gave it 4/5 for small spaces, as I'm not sure I would agree to that. It fits perfectly in my kitchen, which isn't huge, but it would have been bulky in my condo. I am moving up from a smaller sized microwave, partly because popcorn didn't fit well in my old microwave. It will fit in this one.

Do you know what kind of bolb the overhead light uses is it one that snaps in or does it screw in?

Buddy thanks for the video, how loud is the ventilator? Is it too loud? I know it’s powerful like 400 CFM, but what is the noise level?

Ya I've been trying to find this out as well, none of these videos include the fan noise.. very important part when selecting one .. I assume it gets very loud since none of the videos want to show us it.

I have the ME16A4021AS model and the keypad buttons are a medium grey over a black panel and nearly impossible to see in low light. Completely impossible to use in a dark room. I have to hold my cellphone screen up to light up the buttons... Pretty big oversight for an otherwise nice microwave. Also, I agree about the cardboard looking covers on the inside looking dumb, not even same color.

I have the ME17R7021ES, which is very similar, and I can't figure out how to remove the vent grille to install the charcoal filter. The "User Manual" is no help. Your video just glosses over that step, saying "I had to remove some trim on the front". Well, the door on mine interferes with removing that trim. Suggestions?

Good thing its dark, hopefully that retains some of the radiation. We have thr bad habit of looking at our food heat up. 😅

dont remove it! its a microwave "waveguide" and if i knew it came with it i wouldnt have bought the microwave. my old one didnt have one on the inside the way the samsung does.. its stupid cause you have to clean the microwave and you have this cheap cardboard B.S. inside that "has" to be there to function properly..

@@josephferradino3098 i called them, it's not cardboard, it's some sort of rock/cement mix like a ceramic, it's fully cleanable. I think if they would have painted it white it would have been better but that would mess with the literal microwaves penetrating through. before, you just had holes in that area, but they found the holes would clog up and actually it was more difficult to clean. least thats their explination

It doesn't work properly, syncing from phone. Google 'how to set the time' on the model you have any you'll get it much more quickly

Argh...another video that doesn't show how you removed the trim in the front. You showed undoing the screws but nothing about how to pull the trim out. Mine is stuck with the door hinge and I don't want to break it off. That's the only thing I wanted to see and you glossed over it. :(

At Consumer Reports this gets a mediocre review for uneven heating and relatively poor reliability. One comment is that the poor reliability stems from steam from the stove top messing with the interior wiring.

Yep dealing with the reliability issues right now. Get a c-10 sensor error and it adding 7seconds to the timer even when we haven't touched it. Not a reliable product
