True, it's tiring to see everyone just chanting praises of Samsung despite having various negative points. Even my father's m31s started having a whitish tint at the upper part of display in only 2 years.

You literally said the truth!! In my neighbour house, they had 3 Samsung phones and all three suddenly got Hardbricked after 1-1½ year usage. When visited service center, they said Motherboard replacement is needed. I asked the uncle, what did you do before this happened and he said "My kids were playing games and there was some software update download running" and suddenly phone switched off. No support was provided from Brand. The SC guys said Motherboard issue. If a consumer is buying a phone, then it supposed to last atleast 2-2½ years minimum irrespective of updates if proper Quality control is done on the device. This is why I lose trust on Samsung and I feel they are doing some cheap quality PCB due to which this happens. If they are charging high, then the support also should be provided to the consumer as per what they paid. Kudos "SCAMSUNG" !

Yeah same happened to my Samsung M30S, all of a sudden the motherboard died and after reaching the nearest Samsung service centre they said it will take 10-15 days to find out what's wrong with the phone, well I was dejected and I came out from there and went to a local mobile repairing shop and he said that Motherboard had died and he replaced it for RS.2000 within 2 working days or may be 1 and a half day..

Yes exactly same happened with me. They were demanding 15600 for M51 motherboard. But I didn't got scammed I took my phone to a local Shop and now it's been 2 years and my phone is working fine.

I have been using Samsung Galaxy A30 for almost 4 years now. Last year around October I had the same issue, my phone's back panel was almost detached. I went to my nearest samsung service center and they put the adhesive free of cost one more alternative solution was to put a both way tape but that would have cost me some money but the service center employee was very helpful and understood my situation as I am still a student and offered me this solution of putting the adhesive instead. I really appreciate his help as I am still using this phone.

Sir, I have the same issue. I am using S20 FE 5G and it is IP68 rating and this phone is under extended warranty. But they are saying we won't cover liquid damage in warranty. They are saying your phone have some dents therefore water got inside. Could you please help me to get warranty cover from Samsung?

Same... the backpanel of my A52s came off on 8th April that is a few days ago... I had to repair it from the service center which costed me 362 rupees. It wasn't opened before and is exactly 1year old phone and is used extremely carefully

Oh man. You are on point. My s21 plus' screen suddenly died one morning while it was being charged. Plus, my phone never ran below 39 degrees. At times it would go to 46 degrees also (and I don't game. Just browse the net, youtube and twitter). I switched to oneplus 11r and this thing never goes beyond 38 degrees. I am now pursuing Samsung to investigate the issue. Let's see what happens. But Samsung definitely has some issues.

Almost same problem was pointed by Natasha Singh (The Nutri Gurl KZfaq channel). The Samsung phones of her stock had swollen battery and opened back panel automatically.

I have been using Samsung for almost 10 years. But still now I am very satisfied with Samsung phone. Now I am using s21 fe till it launched. But there is not a single problem except the over heating.. And i just love it's UI. Big fan of Samsung.

Man i was about to almost buy s21 fe. I'm really normal user, like 25% battery usage at max in a day. I was hoping to get phone which will last atleast for 3 years without any trouble and 5 with extension. Now I'll have to rethink ;(

@@pablochocobar074 i went to samsung service center today regarding the back panel coming out issue... What i saw yesterday is that the glue has loosened. The service centre guys said that they are going to upgrade the software. Data might get erased so i need to backup my phone . I was like what's gonna software update do in case of new glue ? They said there are certain official process and bla bla... Ip (waterproof) rating should pass quality check bla bla bla... After that they will return my phone with the glue being pasted newly. I came back and will visit soon to get repaired.. my phone is under warranty..so no charges!

My A52s 5g when gets wet in rain, it stop charging saying water detected for 2 days even though I tried to dry it. I went to service center they replaced the sensor but now again same issue

Mene 17 april 2022 ko galaxy a52s puchchase kiya hai 1 year ke andar mere phone ka back panel lose ho gaya or back panel one side se pura gap aa gaya thaa mereko exact date v yaad hai 29 march ko mene apne phone me ye issue address kiya. Ek Bonus v hai mere pass 06 august 2019 ko galaxy a50 liye thee within 1.5 year ke baad mere a50 ka pura back panel bahar aa gaya or aaj v aisa hai he hai mera phone mene phone ko phir replair nhi karaya hai.

Samsung phones do have a bad reputation of heating up and hanging especially the Exynos processor variants just after one year of usage. I have never used the Samsung flagships though but their A series don't last long.

Ok, let's keep the refurbished phones apart i am not going to say anything about them. First of all i own a Samsungs21fe and a pixel 6a and have been using s21fe for almost 14months and frol the day begging i use to swim with that phone and record videos( u can ask me samples i have tons of them) even last sunday i swam with on recording, i have no issues. Second yes the phone heats i really mean it heats, i use to play like 3-4 hours straight and yes the phone heats extremely but didn't get any such battery issue or back panel wear or tear down. Now lets talk about s22 ultra and my sister own it, she never uses a back cover and obviously the phone fell from her hands many times, the tempered glass gets craced, sides got dents but camera lenses never came out nor the back pannel has swallowed it even perfectly works under water. So what i am trying to say is may be your units are faulty or maybe your friend gave you that phone on purpose( may be) You didn't expose samsung nor your points seem to be valid, or maybe this was your intention to say bad about. P.s. I am not a samsung fanboy, I love my pixel ☺️i didn't say anyting in favour of Samsung No hate towards you❤️

The back panel of my galaxy a52 and s20 fe had the same issue while the a52 was out of warranty so had to pay for the glue replacement but s20 fe got serviced for free but seriously this issue should be highlighted to Samsung officials. Being a galaxy s23 user i am scared now😢

@@supreethhabbu7052 They took something around 400 and they replace the adhesive which is original so water resistant remains intact but the important thing is check that if the panel is properly aligned becoz some technicians don't align the panel properly which may impact the water resistant.

Mera bhi back panel niklne type ka ho gya hai , samsung m33 5g me Abhi 6 months hi hua hai liye hue 😢😢 Back panel heat hone pr open hone lag Rahe Hai ❤😢😢 Heat hone ke baad aisa lagta hai ki panel me air gap Jaisa Pata chalta hai 😑 😒 Mere saath bhi hua hai kya kruuu , Maine service centre gaya to waha bola phone kholna parega. To Maine phone nahi diya , mujhe laga phone ek baar kholne ke baad accha work nahi karega isiliye 😅😅

Samsung ki yeh back panel open wala case bahut badi dikkat hain... Yeh problem kisi dusre brand k sath nahi hota hain, sasti se sasti chinese phone mein v aisa problem nahi hoti hain... Yeh personal experience se bol raha hoon 😢😢

Hamari puri family pichle 15 saal se samsung phones use karti hai. Aaj tak ek bhi issue nahi aaya. Completely satisfied with samsung sir ji.

After software update s22 ultra screen showing a white color issue in screen, not just mine I saw many people getting same with s22 ultra after update, Samsung R&D teams not doing well even for premium phone.

I am using S20FE 5G from last 7-8 month and recently i was noticing slight gap between metal frame and back panel, i tried to slip a paper in between and it went in around 2-3mm and i was able to move the paper around the edges easily. This Shows the edges have already lost their glue now only the mid area his holding the panel in place. Although I didn't out any pressure to try open it but i doubt it will keep up for long enough. Previously i was using honor 9 lite which had a glass back and i used it for almost 4 and half years before upgrading to this. Never had any hardware issue like this in that phone

@@uzair941 Phone is great. No other phone has the features and camera at this price range which this has. But it heats up and charges slow. Also battery backup is not that great. And no more updates as it is already running on Android 13 oneui 5.1 which is latest. Now only security patch will be provided for other 1 to 2 year. I suggest you go for an iphone if your budget allows or as in long term i don't think its much of a value at this time point.

Exnos sumsung ko le dubegi jab Samsung ko pata, exnos ka CPU dalne ki wajah se log sumsung ke phone nahi khareedte hai to fir q dalta hai samsung exnos ka CPU. aaj tak ye pata nahi chala ke samsung wale kaunsa bhang phook ke phone banate hai...

Well oppo's quality issues should be addressed as we. I was using OPPO Reno 5. My camera lens got dirty. When i was cleaning it with a towel i realized the camera lenses was loose and was moving. It's been almost 1 yr or something since this phone came out. This is probably due to poor adhesive

Hello sir , I'm recently buy M535g. There is a big issue in my device that is screen SHADOW issue .when I watch youtube and instagram for 20 to 25 minutes displaying video ratio's shadow and reel button's shadow are seen properly in display in dark room at low brightness. I am change ny display one time in service center but nothing will resolved. This problem have seen in most of m53 device ( i know from telegram). Please sir you test these things with m53 and share a review.

My samsung galaxy a9 2018 with a glass back panel has its back popped out. I had to take it to the ss and it still popped out after the adhesive was added. Now it has a skin. This is a worrisome issue plaguing 3-4 year old phones.
