This is a very annoying process. I can't believe that this so-called smart remote doesn't have a source button or any quick way to change sources except for the handful of apps that are on the remote.

Yes, my last samsumg tv had this style of remote, and now, with the new TV, the old remote works perfectly

Here's my problem I had to unplug both hdmi to rearrange wires. Not remembering which one goes where when plugging them back in, how do you reset that instead of switching plugs

My problem is I want the PC source as default and no matter how many times I select, it keeps going back to TV when I turn it off and on again.

Same problem here, mine used to default to PC for awhile, but now it defaults to TV. Don't know why or how. I keep looking for a way. Nobody seems to have any videos on this. It should be pretty basic, right! DANG!

Just figured it out, go to settings, then general, then smart features, deselect the one for smart tv

Samsung is a genius in wasting owners time having to go through multiple menus just to change an input source.

@@Fix.369 Yes Bro. Did that, got nowhere. Samsung's response was "This is the default behaviour of our product and we can not do anything about it." Ironically, they do not understand consumers are well aware this could have been easily fixed in any of their past firmware updates. So yeah, been there, got nowhere. Hence my comment on your channel.

What’s so hard about an input button? Half the time my connected devices don’t show up in there and have to be manually add.

I canceled cable tv and now if i turn my Samsung tv off and back on the screen goes blue. If i unplug it and turn it back on it works? Any ideas why?

Weird Problem @donblack541 Bro! Unplugged Your TV From Power Source, Wait 5mins and then replugged can solve it.

The new remote is a massive downgrade. Fortunately, I was able to purchase a older Samsung remote that is vastly superior. You can change input sources by just pressing a button. The new remote is cumbersome and time consuming to change the inputs. The older remote takes 2 seconds.

donnydeutsch8258 Bro, If you make PC default, you can try this the following process: * Go to Settings > General > Start Setup, and select your desired input source as the default. You can try this process. It should work for you.☺️

Switching via the remote really sucks, Samsung tvs are notoriously slow and unresponsive, shouldn't have to mash buttons 8-10 times to switch from Ps5 to PC or whatever..... Again, samsung goes for better and just makes simple things complete shit.
