Rooting android and installing custom rom for unsupported apps issue i'm installing android Pie Lineage Os 16 in this video.

The first step doesn't work for me. It goes into one, reboots the tablet, but when I turn it off and try to turn on twrp, it shows me the stock recovery. I did this 3 times and still the same effect. What can I do about it?

In answer to your question which I also faced the author of the material forgot to mention this step : When you uncheck "reboot" and odin finishes flashing then press Vol Down + Home + Power, and when the screen turns black quickly move your finger from Vol Down and Vol Up still holding on home and power - then it will go to twrp and it will stay that way. It worked for me and it will work for you too :)

Does it work for SM-T239? in GSMARENA , they mentioned that T235,T235Y and T239 are all the same tabs. If not, do you have any other roms that might work for T239?

First step for me does not work. It passes in odin, reboots the tablet but when I turn it off and try turn on twrp it shows me stock recovery. I have done this 3 times and still the same effect. What can I do with this?

@@karolkosiec6352 I will try that step, thank you. But do you have branding on that tablet from your mobile network deliverer? My tablet is from T-Mobile and question is, is there a lock or something like this that could block the entering to the twrp?

hi! at minute 2:55 I get the screen of "android system recovery" (the one with the android lying down with the triangle), instead of Teamwin. Where am I doing wrong?

@@raghavdwivedi4555 I had exactly the same. The solution is as follow: You need to unselect "Auto Reboot" in Odin options. When the flashing is over hold Vol Down + Home + Power and when the screen ich black immediately Vol Up + Home + Power. Then it will go to Teamwin

hi i can not get the first part to work when i come to flash twrp it flashs and passes in odin but still get the tipical android revovery section no graphical user interface so i am stuck can u helo i see someone saying about a boot locker ?

Once you missed button combination you need to repeat it in Odin because its pre-rooted Recovery button combibations is a matter of timing.

Boa tarde no Galaxy Tab4 7.0 SM-T230NT não achei nada, tudo que tento ele fica na tela de download tanto home + volume+ e power quanto home + volume- e power cai na tela de download são diferentes as telas mais mesma de download, o root eu consegui fazer, mais nao achei nada que funcionasse o TWRP, alguma dica?

Eu teve o mesmo problema, mas resolvi fazendo o seguinte, o que o tutorial não fala é que vc tem q estar como root, então tem que baixar o CF autoroot para seu modelo de tablet, dps de rootear ai faz o processo de adicionar via odin o teamwin, ai entra em modo recovery (power+upvol+home)

The creator of the video forgot the most important step when starting TWRP unchecking auto-boot and the key combination to proceed : When you uncheck "reboot" and odin finishes flashing then press Vol Down + Home + Power, and when the screen turns black quickly move your finger from Vol Down and Vol Up still holding on home and power - then it will go to twrp and it will stay that way. The rest on the material is ok and works. It worked for me and it will work for you :):):):):):):):):) GOOD LUCK !!!!!
