Nice fix! These TU models constantly have panel failures. I don't think I have seen one walk into our shop that wasn't a panel failure.

Great video! I noticed that the left side of my screen's colors are dull now. Am I covering too many pins with tape or is that ust the way it looks after the fix?

What kind of tape did you use to cover the strip?

mine has that problem . i found the right pins and i thought that i fixed it .but when i turned tv off for a few hours the problem just got back
