Come per la CLX 3305 anche la XPRESS C460FW ha Il problema della difficoltà nel trascinamento della carta, con conseguente segnalazione errore, e carta non prelevata dal cassetto.
Noi lo risolviamo sostituendo tutto il gruppo presa carta.

Grazie è stato utile. Visto il gran numero di viti da dover togliere, se magari la telecamera fosse puntata un pò più vicina alle viti da svitare, evitando capelli, mani ed altri attrezzi sarebbe molto più chiaro. Comunque grazie

I got one of these printers and I found it wasn't picking up paper. I removed the pickup unit as shown in this video but I didn't fancy buying a new one so I took it apart to try to fix it. I found that there is an electromagnet with a spring-loaded hinge on it. The magnet is used to transfer the gears to the pickup roller, but the spring had become weak and slipped off. I shortened the spring to retighten it and re-attached it and it seems to have fixed it.

How did you shortened the spring?

@@RoCiOvErOniK I just trimmed a short section of the spring off one end to reduce the length a bit. Only a small piece, as the electromagnet isn't very strong and if the spring is too tight it won't work. I also used a 24V bench power supply to test the electromagnet before reassembling the printer.

buongiorno, volevo sapere se è normale che nell'operazione di presa della carta il cilindretto di gomma sotto, quello tra i due dischi bianchi, faccia un solo giro per cercare di trascinare il foglio. Nella mia stampante si sentono girare gli ingranaggi , ma di fatto avviene una solo tentativo di prendere il foglio. Se lo prende bene altrimenti mi da errore. Ho già provato a pulire il cilindrato di gomma con alcool ma le cose sono migliorate poco. Grazie per la risposta

è pazzesco, ho la carta inceppata e devo fare tutto questo??????mi chiedo se succede con le stampanti che abbiamo in ufficio sto casino...ho sempre risolto senza usare cacciaviti o altro DEMENZIALEEEEEEE

I'm sorry, this is not the part you need, because it is for pickup paper. Do you have a red error light during startup?
