I always find Sam Tsui's covers the best because he has such a flexible voice that weaves into the original feeling without hurting it. Of course, he's good in everything (voice, singing, arranging) but I mean, I never thought it would be possible for every one of his covers to be so natural and easy on the ear. Even his original songs too, they're scoring top in my playlist. Seriously.
