I love this type of music. It’s great for just chillin out with a coffee and my thoughts to reflect on life. It's nice to stop and smell the roses sometimes. Life goes by so quick. Take some time to yourself to just reflect and be greatful for the good in your life.

S'assoir comme ça, bien concentré, devant un beau paysage c'est quasiment devenir un oiseau dans l'air ! Pour ma part je pratique de temps en temps - quand reviennent les saisons de Lumière - ce genre de posture dans la nature mais avec un carnet à dessin dans les doigts, et des après-midi entières je dessine sans voir passer le temps ✌ Sedersi così, completamente concentrati, di fronte ad uno splendido paesaggio è quasi come diventare un uccello in aria! Da parte mia, pratico di tanto in tanto - quando ritornano le stagioni della Luce - questo tipo di postura nella natura ma con il blocco da disegno tra le dita, e pomeriggi interi disegno senza vedere passare il tempo. ✌ Sitting like that, fully concentrated, in front of a beautiful landscape is almost like becoming a bird in the air! For my part, I practice from time to time - when the seasons of Light return - this kind of posture but with a drawing pad in my fingers, and entire afternoons I draw without seeing the time pass. ✌

Nice one. I'm hoping to get to hagakure. It's full of wisdom . Every single sentence needs to be read and reread a hundred times. How's the five rings ? Is it clear or long winded. Is there any art within the book ? How much did it cost you ? Readers note - "after reading a good book of wisdom". One should pass this book om a choisen individual Show them the way ⚔ Without teachers none of us would be "on the path"

I just bought this book, the original version translated to Portuguese. I started to put in practice a couple of lessons in my boxing training. I’m always was a big fan of Bruce Lee, and now reading this book I can see where he got it that “be like water” philosophy

I also practice the dizi /Chinese flute . It was dirt cheap but I can actually play it now I understand what it needs. Tomorrow I'm mounting my staffs , swords ⚔ and my modern alloy standing paddle STEEL OAR . It splits in two making a good staff and something similar to the mauri battle axe . I tested it on a palm tree expecting it to break but it just took a chunk out of the tree ! I was gob smacked 😮😮😮 not a mark on the Oar . So this is definitely worth training with.

We also practice the jian and Doa sword, short staff and hand fan. Did you one of the most famous samurai only used a hand fan ? He could kick anyone's ass and didn't need a sword. I'm working on my own design of hand fan using hacksaw blades and a heavy weight. The hand fan /war fan /tessen was very useful. You use it to deflect arrows , signal friends, signal to archers fir who to attack. To shield your horse from sunlight or arrows and ad a close quarter weapon withnir with blades fir wrist locks/chocking etc

This is healing music for the soul..it really is. ❤ And I thank you for it. Even looks like Jesus on the Mountain sitting in stillness with God. However, I just tried to use it for meditation. No commercials at all which is what I love and appreciate, but I do wish that it didn't repeat the same sound every ten minutes. It's the little things that I notice..❤ Thanks for sharing with us my friend. Love and light to you.

Let's hear what form of art you practice ? Or have practiced ? I will begin with ; Judo , Aikido, shot okay and shotokai karate , kick boxing, traditional boxing 🥊, self defense, survival training, trench fighting ( soldier uk) Shoalin , shorenji kempo (had to register myself as a living weapon with the police and have no criminal history to learn this deadly art ! Kenjitsu, Kendo , dirty fighting (special service training) , bodyguard, hot weapons marksman, gorilla training, gray man method , mauy thai , hung ar kung fu. I know I'm forgetting a few, but you get the idea. I kick ass and hand it to you ! Currently study Taijiquan / tai chi kung fu and highly recommend this beautifully BRUTAL art. It could if been designed by Einstein. In one form , we break your wrist, and then your elbow. Then twist your arm around 720 *. Then knee you in the face , smashing your arm again. And this is only part of Chen 56 unarmed !
