Im aiming for similar setup too for my fx30. 24 35 and 75 and an A7IV in the future haha

It really depends on what you shoot. If you do events a lot - I tend to go with a zoom for sure. For short films, interviews, etc. I’d go with the samyang. Cheers!

B cam dont need that versatility. Id rather go for these F1.8 which you can also have the options to use for gimbals.

Thanks! Honestly it really depends on the focal length and framing you will need and use. 24 and 35 have different aspects and crops and they will look well in different cases and scenarios. I'd say if you can try them first, do so. Otherwise, I personally shoot all my YT videos with the 24mm lens as I really like the close-up look but it can be a tad too wide vs the 35. There is also a 45mm now - did you consider that one? Since you have the 24-70, try zooming at the different focal lengths and see which works best for you. Take care!

Nice 👍🏼 I use normal AF settings, wide mode. I really use AF for my KZfaq videos only mostly so I don’t really use particular settings (for professional work I shoot in manual mode only). Cheers

Sure! I think 90+% of the work is lighting, then lens and then camera - roughly on that sequence. So definitely can do some great shots with these. Cheers

G masters don’t have T stops and therefore won’t have the exact amount of lights that a cine lens provides. IQ wise, the G master is a great lens and provides good quality AND its good for photography as well. Different usage I’d say. Cheers

Hi, the samyang is a cine lens (has T stops) vs photography lens for the sigma (f stops) so not the same purpose. You can use both of course, but the T stops are better for video than f stops. So depends - you going to shoot photo or video? Cheers

You mean regular square filters? No you cannot, has to be the filters from the company

There's a 58mm thread on the front for whatever standard filters. The MF focusing attachment w/ a 95mm front is compatible w / common matte boxes and their filters. The front bayonet and contacts may allow other future attachments.
