Use the money to feed the homeless Children and families in need.

This is not a good idea there’s no way to continue the support once the money goes out so I would invest the money to double and triple it and continue supporting and helping the needy without running out of money instead of bringing in new money and going down the drain , The state would be better off using some of the money to kick off the program and invest the rest of the money so there’s a continuous flow of money coming in and then investment would be so supportive long-term. Think about it
