From Father Junipero Serra to today. In 1834, San Diego became a pueblo and 12yrs later a territory. Old Town to New Town.

I went school in San Diego in the 60's and they didn't teach us any of this. I learned more from this video than I did from 9 years of school in San Diego.

We hung out at presidio park in the 60’s and 70’s. It was beautiful.

Juan Cabrillo discovered San Diego in 1542... narrator says it occurred “463 years ago”... 1542+463 would put the video filmed at about 2005.

I saw the convention center expansion that was completed in 2002 and the Omni tower and Petco park that were near complete in late 2003

I loved taking California history in elementary school when growing up in San Diego in the 70s. Father Serra was the man and it made me understand why the baseball team was called the Padres. So cool. Ill bet all they teach now is LGTBQ and feminism in schools now.

STOP. BEING. IGNORANTLY. BIGOTED. You're the new hatred. You're the new supremist. Seriously now, they've been teaching feminism since before the 70s ya dumb jackass. Where did your goddamn logic go?
