Join me as I spend the morning and afternoon at San Francisco Zoo.
There is so much to see and these are some of the highlights during my trip today.
It was truly a peaceful way to spend a few hours. If you can go during the week instead of a busy weekend, I recommend doing so.
The bears were fun to watch and of course the gorillas, penguins . . . really all the animals!
Even the insects and bugs were cool, definitely go into the Insect Zoo.
They even have a Komodo Dragon that is not to be missed. I did not have enough call phone battery to record that magnificent animal but I will on my next trip.

@@taraschulz im planning to go there next 2 weeks. I wanna see what big changes since the last time I went there. Thank you those were beautiful shots the rhino was my favorite there. ❤

Been there so many times! And so many recent animals have lived there, including the 2 rescued sea lions! Enjoy the SF Zoo, Tara!🦒🦓🐘

It is a great place. I already want to go back. I did not see the sea lions on this visit so I hope to see them on my next visit. And the rhino was so fascinating to watch. There is something so calming and peaceful watching such a wide variety of animals. Oh and the lion was sleeping on his back just like my Bengal cat sleeps sometimes at home.

@@taraschulz Cool! But hate to tell you this, but both Silent Knight & Henry the 2 sea lions have passed away, recently! Therefore, the former sea lion pool is now being refurbished as a new aviary enclosure for the Andean Condor soon!
