We walk along Avenida San Martín on the afternoon of this Sunday, June 30, 2024. It is 6:00 p.m. and the movement is slowly activating. San Martín has 16 blocks dominated by restaurants, cafes, souvenir and regional stores, chocolate shops, and clothing and footwear stores. But there are also some banks and institutional offices such as the Government House, the post office and National Radio.
