Continuing my walks, today I walked from Santo Domingo Canton in Heredia, through San Pablo Canton in Heredia, and on to... Heredia Canton in Heredia. Sometimes it is difficult for me to find the right way to describe these videos and make them easy to find through search!
This video shows more "typical street scenes" of what life is like in the suburbs of San Jose. This was a pretty brief walk, but hopefully it will be informative.
Also, in these videos, I usually cut out the bus journey if I have shown it before, but I keep the train parts---because I like trains!

I don't think I have seen any bicyclists in any of your CR videos. Why is that?

That is an interesting question--- I am sure there must be some, somewhere in my videos. I certainly see plenty of them here. One thing, though, is most cyclists are sports cyclists, and not commuting cyclists. Since a lot of the roads I am walking along are main roads, and not scenic roads, there are less of them in my videos, maybe?

Those power lines look questionable too

Yeah, a lot of the infrastructure here looks dicey...but it all works. Like, there was one power outage due to a lightning strike when I first got here, but in general, things like electricity always work here. Same with internet, the water, etc. Sometimes a brief cut, but the infrastructure works.
