I wish my dad were still around to se this. I swear he used to break a branch off a bush, put it in the ground and it would grow. My friends used to think he was some kind of miracle worker.

my fav of the succulents is: Mothers tears.. each leaf turns into a plant.. any plant that does not need any attention is great to have in the bus / home.. as longas you have sunshine

I’ll have to look for that one! I had a mother of thousands but it died in a freeze. The biggest killer of my plants is freeze. It only takes one night.

I've had San Pedro before. I didn't see anything when I ate it, but the feeling is hard to explain. It felt euphoric but not overly so. I felt giant and powerful, but also gentle and considerate. I can only call it one of the smoothest and most pleasant entheogenic experiences, except for the actual eating it part. It tastes awful and you need to eat a lot of it. To make it remotely close to palatable, the guy making it dropped about a cup of sugar into each bowl of about 3-4 cups of boiled cactus mush (just the greenest stuff within an inch of the waxy exterior). I also had the most mild experience of the bunch because I ate it slowly over about 20 minutes while everyone else had a more extreme experience because they downed theirs in less than a minute. I also had the longest experience and maintained the good feeling into the next day while everyone else didn't. I'm guessing because they tried to spike their body chemistry and I prefer the gradual effect. Trip safe.
