san went on an intense diet for the performance video. he lost 5-6 kilos and the fat in his body increased a lot, he has reached an athlete’s body and it was his goal! he prepared for this performance video for 6-7 months. originally he prepared the choreo himself but they were too busy during that time with tour, comeback preparations and other schedules, so san was preparing the choreo in the hotel, while walking in the streets or sitting in the car. You can see in the behinds that he was making the choreo even they were practicing for bouncy comeback. the other members would leave but san would stay at the company until 4-5am to prepare his choreo. So at the end, he got so stressed because he couldn’t finish it so he was pretty angry and annoyed, he said. So he ended up asking for a help from uzin and tarzan. so they helped him for some choreo moves. he also lose a lot of weight because for the choreo, he wanted the moves to look better with his dance line. for example for the moves he uses his arms, he said he needed a less bigger arms that’s why his biceps were smaller. San is the biggest eater in ateez but after he finished filming, he couldn’t even eat much bc his stomach got smaller 🥹 he has worked really so hard. I recommend you to watch the behind of warriors! you will see a lot of staffs from him getting prepared for this. All the people around him praised him a lot and he worked really so much. I’m so proud of him. He’s definitely the best performer in kpop -he indeed did scream/sing while dancing to some scenes. he was so hot in the bts video 🫠

I cried so many times during this video 😭😭😭 At first I cried because I remembered how, at the very beginning, San was the worst dancer in Ateez and how he cried because of this! And now he is officially one of Ateez's main dancers and also one of the best performers in the entire industry!! (and THE BEST in the 4th generation for me) And I love that he completely immerses himself in the character and is not afraid to look ugly or scary sometimes. This is the behavior of a TRUE PERFORMER! And I also cried at Silvia's reaction 😭because San deserves this level of love, recognition and analysis of every detail of this performance, since he worked so hard on it! I love San so much and I love Silvia so much ❤️❤️🐺
