May mga kapitbahay na kapag lumagpas ng 10pm ang kantahan, ingay or party, susugod na or magtatawag ng barangay. Kung ako kapitbahay nito, kahit abutin pa sila ng umaga. Tapos araw-araw ko tatanungin kung kelan next na party, para I'll make sure na nasa bahay lang ako. 😂

@@mlsonako9652, alam na alam ko na kapag may kasiyahan, may kalungkutan. Mayroon ding pagmamahalan at may pagaaway. May mabuti, may masama, pero hindi dapat tayong nagpapakunsumo sa mga negatibong nangyayari sa ating sarili at sa ating bayan. Kung ang atensyon natin ay laging nasa kabila ng kanais-nais na pamumuhay sa loob ng "spectrum" ng ating pananaw, ang kahihinatnan nating ay malungkot, marahas, at bayolenteng kilos laban sa isa't' isa. Ano ang gugustuhin mo, yung positibo o yung negatibo?

@@mlsonako9652, tanong ko lang sa 'yo, sa bayan mo ba sa Samar, bawa't bahay ay may nagiinuman, nagaaway, nagsasaksakan, o nagbabarilin hanggang sa kumitil na ng buhay? Siguro may isa o dalawang pangyayaring ganito kapag may piyesta, pero hindi ako maniniwala na lahat ng mamamayan ay ganyan ang ginagwa tuwing may okasyon.

Hindi ko pa naranasan ng personal na may nagbarilan o nagsaksakan, pero nababalitaan ko kapag may nangyayaring ganyan. Tama ka sa mga sinabi mo puwera yung "paniwalaan ko ang imposible." Bakit? Imposible bang mamuhay tayo ng mapayapa? Imposible bang huwag na tayong makakita ng karahasan sa bawa't isa? Talagang magkaiba ang ating pananaw. Ikaw, ang gusto mo ay bigyan ng halaga ang mga negatibong nangyayari sa buhay natin dito sa mundo. Ako, gusto kong bigyang pansin at tuunan ang mga magagandang bagay na ginagawa ng kapwa ko. It was during my highschool days that we were obliged to watch their at St. Scho. Sponsored by our school so we have no choice. Just as we thought it will just be an ordinary concert, but guess what? We were amazed with their beautiful singing voices and how they rendered those tagalog songs. We were so thankful to our school to get to know this Madrigal singers. It was a one of a kind experience. This was way back mid 1960's. Wow!!

While in Manila, I had a friend who used to sing as a Madrigal and she told me her younger brother was at the time a Madrigal singer as well as an older sister. What is the chance? I can just imagine what it was like at dinners. My friend never participated in karaoke, would hum occasionally, nothing much. I thought she was kidding me about having once been a Madrigal. Until one day, on a special occasion, she sang "Moon River" acapella with another singer. Not a dry eye in the room and I'm not even a crier. God gave such special gifts to people like her.

I just heard a choir of more than a hundred singers like this and they were amazing. The number of these singers is a fraction, yet they sound like perfection! Wonderful! I love my Filipino heritage.
