@@timothycrump599 you’ll only take a small carry on with you on the helicopter, your larger luggage will be transferred to the resort by one of their transfer shuttles. They will tag it for you before you leave the airport.

Hi!! Yes, the Jet Ski rental was not part of Sandals but the beach vendor was pretty much onsite, so it was quick and easy (and super fun!!). I think we paid $40 for 30 minutes (something around those figures). Totally fun and worth it!! Hi! Totally get it, Janet isn’t the best flyer either. That said we do feel it’s worth it, not only do you save a ton of time sitting in a van and getting to the resort faster the ride is normally beautiful and gives you a very unique perspective of the island. We do it every time we visit St.Lucia. Congrats and we hope you have an amazing trip! We honeymooned at La Toc and have stayed at all the Sandals in St. Lucia, it’s a special place! ☺️

@@PenyakTravel OK, this topic is specifically why I came to check the comments section. My fiancé and I are deciding between Sandals Emerald Bay, and Grand St. Lucian for our honeymoon (requesting a quote coming shortly after this comment), and this helicopter transfer may impact our decision. I have not yet flown with her (Denver in May), but she gets carsick very easily. I visited Jamaica with my parents when I was younger and I remember our first taxi ride from Montego Bay to Negril in a car with no A/C, and I have a feeling, something like that might sideline my fiancé for longer than we'd like for our honeymoon. Is the ride smooth, or a bit choppy and turbulent? Would you see any issues if I travelled with golf clubs? Thanks!

@@briantuttle8608 Thanks for submitting a quote request! Both are great resorts! When it comes to the helicopter ride it will probably depend on the weather that day. We’ve been when the weather is clear and it’s a very smooth ride, we’ve done it in the rain and there’s a few bumps. The golf clubs would be transferred to the resort via a van along with your larger luggage, only a small carry on bag is allowed on the helicopter. Your larger bags will arrive at your door within a few hours. Janet can definitely assist with the details on deciding between both resorts, we love both of those resorts!! Thanks again Brian!

Hi Briana!! If you booked with a travel agent your agent should be able to book those in advance for you. If you booked directly with the resort, there is a tour desk on property called Island Routes, and they can book those for you. You can also call Island Routes in advance of your trip to book them as well. Hope this helps! ☺️
