Cheyenne Gazmen Beyonce wouldn't sign her. She signed 2 singer-songwriter's instead. Beyonce knew about her and Jessica's win on AI. She even posted her performance from AI on her official webpage. Beyonce is impressed with creativity, marketability and indiviuality. She signed Chloe and Haley Bailey for all of those reasons and more.
