Watched him in 2 shows. He's incredibly egotistical and a camera hog to boot, acting like he's in charge over there. Maybe even a narcissist- I'd try to protect the women from him at all costs.

Somebody didn't wear his lucky suit the 3rd go round, but still resembled the guy who took Carrie to prom / "American Hero"...loved that guy btw. Adorable Terry ended up with an kinder, gentler version of Jim Jones. Wa, wa, wah

Why did they keep having this Grinn guy back? They favor him with the camera through the whole segment. Three makes the high note and the camera cuts to an extreme close up of Grinn. They keep doing it! He’s not funny: “Terry doesn’t like me.” No laugh. He’s didn’t make it. His hair is horrible…. All that promotion and he loses!
