Excellant clip throwing light into this sector. It is clear that managing milk as product is a problem but in europe/USA milk is gathered from all the nearby farms and sent to centralised factory for processing before sold to market and consumers. Some farms keeps part of milk for specialised cheese making or butter in this farm as mentioned

Its organic milk and ghee. Actually I m also producing Organic milk of Buffaloes and selling at vey low cost at Rs. 62 per litre. Let me know how can I sell at on higher rates.
