Sir, I want to print my worksheet with full zoom.. how to do that. Becuase whenever I give a print it prints with shriken page area... How sheet print with whole page zoom? kindly help me out....Thank you

john hembrom you want to go to page setup ( found in print ) and adjust your scaling to over 100%. You can check and see if it is working in print preview. good luck

Is there any way to set up a gutter margin (different for odd and even pages) so that I can print on both sides and bind it?

Ronda B great question. To the best on my knowledge no. You would be able to do it if you embedded the sheet in to a word doc or similar program

I want to leave a space om the left side for binding, how do i do that

There is no gutter setting in Excel but depending on the size of your spreadsheet and the number of pages you could use a blank column A to adjust a gutter for a small print job or you could adjust your left margin. If that will not work for your situation you could always copy or import your spreadsheet into Word where you have a gutter setting.
