Hi Sandra! Loved your podcast, as always :)! The socks really turned out nicely and I think that the coloured stripes you’ve added at the toes are perfect. They spice up the pattern a bit. Oh and I think I have to get this issue of Pom Pom Magazine as well... the crochet top you’ve showed is so beautiful. Yarn wise, you mentioned De Rerum Natura. I’m currently using their Gaillat for a shawl. Mine is a worsted 100% wool so not really suited for an airy summer top, haha! The brand is from France and they focus on natural and sustainable products I believe. Price wise not a bad choice. Maybe BC Garn has something suitable in their range too. I think they do linen as well, not 100% sure though. Anyway, you’ll find something nice! X, Judith

Sandra, for your Davallia pattern, you might like Berroco Remix Light. It is a recycled yarn with cotton, linen, silk and though it says DK is really more of a sport weight. Also, very tweedy!😍😍😍

Hello! was wondering if you could offer some help with one of the patterns?? I'm trying to complete the bobble stitch to make the string of pearls plant but cant get my head around the description in this book of the bobble stitch (vs the popcorn) I can't work out how - after making 3 htr stitches in the first chain, you are supposed to be left with 4 hoops to pull through?! Any clarification would be much appreciated, so glad i found your podcast on this book! x
