I love asmr and try a different one every night and on nights I can’t ever sleep for the life of me, I do kinetic sand. Lately though, I hadn’t been able to find good kinetic sand videos until I stumbled upon this

Kinetic sand is nice because most auditory asmr's are too Sharp if you know what I mean, but this is almost purely visual and it's smooth and just overall a good sensory experience 👌
