I just found out something about Sandy: she voiced Tracy, Snuffy and Tuffy on Jay Jay the Jet Plane.

She is also the voice of Chibi Usa/Sailor Chibi Moon on the Viz Media dub for Sailor Moon (there are 2 English dubs for Sailor Moon seasons 1-4)

@sbarmy5 Yea I been told she does it before I watch this. But it's not just because she does Flonne, she IS Flonne because she is so damn natural about it.

Sandy's VOICE sorta reminds me of one of the Chipettes from the Alvin and The Chipmunks Movies.
