Hi sandy love cooking and watching you cook very interesting ❤the way you do your do your stuff but I have a question ❓ why do most Guyanese folks add the seasoning after when you throw in the meat

Good morning, Rosalyn. Not all of Guyanese do it that way. It depends on what area you grew up in. Honestly it was just there style of cooking and people were brought up with it. I have changed my ways over the years and have been more creative in my learning and cooking. Thank you.
