@@lovehate-xz9zm haan ye sahi baat hai ki hume nhi pata ki A kahan hoga kisi sequence me, thats why hume ddatp ke saath normal datp bhi dena hi hoga ,so that replication goes on, but socho agar miss ho gya , tab to wo replication stop nahi hoga. ye sequencing one time me efficient result nhi de sakta hai matlab, to multiple time sequencing karke pata lagana bhi too mushkil hai itna bara dna sequence ke liye, then whats the solution.

@@bibhavpandit8845 waise toh miss hone ka chance Kam hi hota hai if we have added the correct amount of needed solutions. But agar miss ho bhi gya then we have to do the sequencing again no other choice, but to avoid this...better hai k pehle hi sahi amount mein solutions Dale jaye
