This is a test video for an English subtitled version of the Poem of a Thousand Years by Sangnoksu.

This traditional epic-style Korean poem tells the story of a human lifetime through the mythical nine-tailed fox spirit which lives for 1000 years. The original was released in 2011 by Sangnoksu at the age of 17. This version was released in 2018. It is divided into four parts:
0:00 : I : Spring Dawn - the epic opening representing the beginning of spring
3:42 : II : Summer Day - represents the frenetic pace of life in the natural world during the summer
9:09 : III : Autumn Evening - an ambient lullaby representing the winding down of the yearly cycle. Note this section has no actual lyrics
12:05 : IV : Winter Night - an introspective look back at the seasons and the acceptance of the winter, but explodes back into a reprise as the cycle inevitably will start anew
