In 2017, I started losing my eye sight. Light was the reason I held on. Now your music holds me tight in every season. The eye disease I have is flaring again but I know life ebs and flows. I find so much meaning in your music and don’t think I’ll ever be able to explain how much it truly means to me. this album is so important to me. i've been going through some really rough existential bullshit as of recent and it's really been taking a toll. i have issues with depersonalization and derealization and somedays it makes it really hard to tell what's real. san's music always reminds me to return to the light and feel instead of think. i have no idea who i am and i think that's okay. thank you san for all you do for us and for sharing the feelings you can't describe. ↑%

I saw San for the first time at Madeon’s GFFs show at the Brooklyn Mirage just about a year and two months ago. It was a very surreal experience for me, and I remember how amazing the rain felt when Light was playing. He was in New York recently but damn, I had exams. But since I last saw that performance, a lot has happened. I’m in my last years of college, but my best friend had just been diagnosed with cancer, all while I have my own health issues that I’ve been dealing with, and mental turmoil. But truly, thank you for this album. It has given me answers to things I’ve questioned for a long time. The entire album really brought chill and feelings I can’t explain but I’m sure you are well aware of. Because of this, I am at peace.🤍

A feeling...I can't...describe. Perfection. I listened to this walking through some nature trails near my house. Took me right back to your concert at Electric Forest. I hope you have 10 kids and 100 grandkids. San Holo's music always comes at the right time in my life. When BB you ok? Album came out, I was going through a life changing separation from my ex fiancee and that album helped me get through it.
