Video is very informative but no basic hygiene is maintained...no hand gloves weared, Everyone is touching that cotton while putting it in mold,plastic vessle from which cotton is taken is dirty, anchor is also interfering with workers,

Dear Pranjali... Thanks for your feedback. Yes hygiene is not maintained because these workers are very poor and can barely meet their basic living necessities through this work. We are happy that you noticed this in the video and would request people like you to come forward and help us do some good work towards educating these people on such aspects and also to support for marketing of these unique products so that they are able to get a decent living from their art.

@@ShaibalChatterjee sir, I do understand that workers are poor and cannot afford such things may be... But I can see face mask ...if they can bare those expenses I am sure buying a pair of gloves will not be a major issue for them. It's manufacturer's responsibility to provide them such things... I think in such type of businesses where it comes to sensitive body parts these things should be taken care of... If it is considered then only people would be interested in supporting them by giving them good business.... Thank you for your prompt response

@@Bpranjali There is no manufacturer. The rural women are themselves doing it. Using the product themselves and promoting and selling those products amongst fellow village women of their own village and nearby villages also. We take your feedback and will try to give them a refresher training on hygiene issues, though all this was also a part of the initial training which they received before starting this work. Respected Sh Shibal Chatterji Sir nice effeort Can you guide me from where the pulp , sealing paper and top non woven sheet is purchased and their tentative rate, how the glue is prepared. If possible please kindily provide me the dc circuit of deal head . Please guide me it is required for my educational purpose please. I shall be thankful. Regards
