अगर घर, गाड़ी या पैसा पति ने कमाया हुआ होता है तो पति के बाद पहला हक़ पत्नी का होता है लेकिन अगर यही सब ख़ानदानी या माँ बाप ने कमाया हुआ होता है तो उस पर हक़ भाइयों का होता है. इस केस में संजय गांधी के बाद हक़ राजीव गांधी का ही था. जब तक सोनिया गांधी का नंबर आया तब तक मेनका गांधी काफ़ी दूर चली गई थी।

बिल्कुल गलत।मेनका youth congress ki president बन ना चाहती थी।जिस पर इन्दिरा ने पहले अपने छोटे से बच्चे का ध्यान रखने को कहा और बाद में राजनिती में आने को कहा।मेनका तब भी झूठी थी और आज भी। सिमी गरेवाल के interview में भी बहुत छूट बोली थी

This I'm telling you because I know the ugly episode & the overnight manipulation by VK Krishna Menon - the High Commissioner of India in UK. Sanjiv Gandhi was arrested under non bailable warrant. for luxury car theft. Overnight hua passport & relevant papers were changed at the Instance of Indira Gandhi - who then held no post.And Sanjay Gandhi came out from prison with new passport & relevant papers.

It was because .. Sanjiv Gandhi Became Sanjay Gadhi due to an incident in UK.. He was Caught stealing and indira send Ambassdor to set him free but bcos his passport was not given back to him.. a New passport was issued to Sanjeev Gandhi by the name of Sanjay Gandhi and he came back to India.
