My wife had cancer and passed away last month, we used to listen to this song together every single hour of the day. She was such an inspiration for me and the most supportive woman i have ever seen. I hope not everyone go through what i did because it really was painful especially when i hear this song on the radio everyday on my way to work. God bless everyone, thank you for reading this.

The smile on her face, Her footprints in the sand, Her graceful curves, My words fail me in this moment. A breath traps itself in my chest. A soft chuckle escapes her lips. "What's wrong?" I blink; finding her eyes. "Nothing." She giggles a little more. "What's on your mind?", she asks. "You are." She blushes in the darkness of the sun's reaching gaze. She takes my hand. "Come with me a moment." She leads me along the beach; where sand meets sea. Finding a spot, she sits us both down; facing the setting sun. Within it's many bleeding colors, there happens a moment I shan't ever forget. Wordless, she laid her head on my shoulder. I laid mine on hers. A few moments passed as the sunset's final color palette starkened. She moved her head out from under mine We both locked gazes, eyes quickly flickering to one another's lips. We leaned in. Our lips brushed, then found one another. She grabbed The back of my head with her one hand and forced me in gently. I lost myself in her lips, her scent, her warmth. We melted into one another as the sun's now-fading colors once did only moments ago. When we next came up for air, we shared the sight of a starry night as we laid, bare-backed, on the beach; waves lapping at our thighs. A sigh of peace eked out from me. She curled up next to me, her head now on my chest; listening to my heartbeat. All was quiet and perfect in that moment right there.
