Kia ora @thamescleaning. Steam cleaning and carpet extraction are two different things. The Santoemma range does have a compatible hot water heater to enable hot water extraction but the water is only heated to approx. 70degrees. In general, it is not advised to use boiling hot water while carpet cleaning as this can set some stains/damage some types of carpet. We sell steam cleaning machines also.
